To me, A Better TomorrowTM means performing beyond expectations, delivering sustained and exceptional success to our business.
Could you briefly define your current role at Reynolds?
As a Clinical Science Liaison, I am responsible for the scientific overview, planning, evaluation, and interpretation of clinical studies, and the reporting and dissemination of relevant findings to support our regulatory applications.
Have you always wanted to be a scientist?
Yes. I wanted to either be a physician or an agricultural scientist to help farmers, having been raised in rural Uganda, where people’s livelihood depend on farming.
Who is your favorite scientist?
By far, my favorite scientist is Dr. Norman Ernest Borlaug, famously known as the “father of the Green Revolution.” I was fascinated by how much impact the work and dedication of one person had on billions of people worldwide. His work on wheat breeding and belief that pesticides had more benefits than harm to mankind were instrumental to progressing the agricultural industry to the state in which we see it today.
What does A Better TomorrowTM mean to you?
To me, A Better TomorrowTM means performing beyond expectations, delivering sustained and exceptional success to our business. By owning our challenges, and influencing future success by leading change, we can accurately anticipate future adult consumer preferences.
